Hello Darlings! Its been awhile huh? Might sop updating on my youtube channel & jus

But nonetheless, it's indeed very draining. Resulting in heavy & puffy eyes, which suck. Ugh, skin & all are so fucked. Learned through experience that your skins healthy does not only depend on the type & brand of skin care products you use. Its also about the lil things you can do to keep your skin looking health & feeling healthy. As y'all know you can simply use makeup to make your skin appear fucking flawless uh, but when all the make ups off & all you see is a naked face, that when all the flaws come out. What you want is not a flawless face but a far ethat you can show, be it naked or made up.

You need to know how to:

Maintain your hygiene. Cleanse your face often(twice a day at least).
Keep yourself hydrated. & NO i do mean by splashing your face with water ever few hours. I mean drinking lots, lots & LOTS of water, cos water helps to detoxify your skin & keep you skin stay moisturized throughout the day.
DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE. Avoid touching your face throughout the day. If you must, do it with clean hands. Your hands are in constant contact with dirt & bacteria around you. Which can easily be transferred to your face at every touch. EWWW.
Always moisturize, even if your skins is oily. If you have oily skin & you fail to moisturize, the skin's surface can fucken sense that its not receiving any moisture. Oil, comes form your pores & has nothing to do with your skin. So if your skin fails to receive moisture, it will end up producing even more oil. which is definitely something you don't want.
Sleep. Sleep is very important. People may think that it has no link to our skin's health, but fuck no, it does.

Well, that's basically the basic stuff you gotta get down. Other more complex stuff i guess isn't so important huh? As for my most recent skin care problems, i've been having really bad breakouts, my mom says it cos of all the stuff i ate during CNY, so hoping they'll go away soon enough, she also said it could be cos my menses might be coming? or cos i have not haven been having enough sleep. SO heres how i intend to solve these problems.

Breakouts- Sleep more. Drink more water & more cooling stuff. Stay away from spicy & heaty food.
Puffy & dark eye circles- Sleep MUCH MUCH more. No more 2/3 am sleeping. I gotta at least get 6 hours of sleep man. If i can't get 8, at least 6.
4.Dry skin- Exfoliate often. Just got the St.Ives Apricot scrub for blackheads & blemish control. Hear many good reviews on it & decided to give it a try too.
Overall, i have decided to give the Za total hydration skincare line a go & got the skincare routine in the combination for oily skin.

It basically has a dewy moisturizer, lucent toner, blemish control, pore care essence & amino gel. Well those are the stuff i got, i didn't get the the cleanser & energy mist cos i have a cleanser I'm in love with & i don't think id need the energy mist. Was breaking out badly, so i decided to put the blemish control on all the blemishes. OMFG, so far its been working miracles i swear. didn't take the before & after of the blemishes for you to see but if i happened to(not hoping i will, in fact hoping i won't) have a pimple again, i'll demo the before & after. Hey you can't stop the inevitable uh? The rest are products i guess you would need to see after the long run like maybe in a month or so? its not like make up where you can swatch & see how you like it, you gotta see how it works on your skin. Haha. Also, some skincare products work differently on different people, so it might wrk wonders for some people & cause many other problems for others. so be sure to check for allergy contents. It does not depend on the price of the brand as i have friends that are actually allergic to MAC. like omg, but yeah it happens? so don't think that if it's expensive, it's definitely gonna work on your skins, sometimes it best to try samples first to prevent yourself from wasting money or try it on a patch son your arm first to prevent any irritation on your face?:) Well, this ended up being really longgggg, but yeah gonna just gonna end here.
